Before you buy, Scott and our team look at three critical factors: Utilities (is there water, power, and sewer nearby?), Zoning (what does the county allow?), and Topography (will the dirt need significant grading?). Scott and Stephanie will vet every potential lot so you understand all the limitations and costs

  • Not at all! Many of our clients come to us with nothing more than a Pinterest board and a dream. We can work with your existing architect or introduce you to our preferred design partners to create a "from-scratch" custom plan that fits your lifestyle and the specific "footprint" of your lot.
